Post by: robbert on August 23, 2011, 03:32:32 PM
I have an air quality sensor but don't know how to wire it.
Can somebody help me.??
I got also the technical data in the jpeg.
Thanks,

hi Robbert, from the diagram seems 1 goes to 3.3v, 2 goes to 3.3v, 3 goes to the analog input pin and 4 goes to ground. RL is a pull down resistor (a resistor going from the pin 3 to ground, try it without the resistor and see what values you get. You could use the photoresistor example code to try: http://wiring.org.co/learning/basics/photoresistor.html (http://wiring.org.co/learning/basics/photoresistor.html)

Let me know.

the only thing i get out of it are numbers that are not very differet even with smoke in the sensor.  like 654  655  678 etc.

could you try different values for RL? 1K or 10K
