Title: Problem uploading code to Wiring hardware
Post by: lilion22 on November 23, 2011, 12:46:55 AM
Hi, i've got a problem with uploading my code to the Wiring hardware. With my code finished, I click the upload button but it always displays the following error after compiling the code:

"Wrong microcontroler found. Did you select the right board from the Tools > Board menu?
 Binary sketch size...
Expected signature for ATMEGA644P is 1E 96 0A. Double check chip, or use -F to override this check"

My Wiring microcontroler says ATMEGA128.

In the Board menu i have chosed the "Wiring @ 16 MHz"... and also tried with the rest of options. I have checked the serial port and it only gives me one option so i don't know where the problem may be.

I need some help please.

Try the "Wiring V1.0/Wiring Mini v1.0 @ 16mhz" selection
This works for my Mega128 boards.
