Thank you!

wow, yes : )
well those don't have auto-reset it has to be done manually, I understand you were able to burn the new boot loader? if you have the board should be fine the thing is when to press, Wiring 100 takes a while to build, try to check the right timing by examining when the board RX led is turned on by the Wiring IDE, it should be at the very end of the compiler process, let me know.

hi Roy, the update has the latest version of the protocol, no trouble with older boards. Does your board has auto-reset? or still has to do it manually?

best.

Wiring Hardware Questions / Re: SPI pins
« on: October 22, 2013, 11:59:38 PM »
SS = 24, MOSI = 26, MISO = 27, SCK  = 25 to avoid errors use the names (SS, MOSI, MISO, SCK) instead of pin numbers so your code will compile on any board.

For example: digitalWrite(SCK, HIGH); etc.
The diagram has an error, we will fix it. Thanks!.

To reproduce Audio in Wiring is basically the same setup as in Arduino, please try to connect the things in the same way and let us know if you have any issue. You can use the PCM library with Wiring, just copy it to the Documents/Wiring/libraries folder, you'll probably have to change in the source code to include "Wiring.h" instead of "Arduino.h".

Could you post a diagram or picture of what you are doing?

hi Simon, yes you could use an arduino as the programmer and hook the Wiring board pins as stated on the example sketch WiringISP.

You'll have to change the boot loader as well, if you have another board you can replace the boot loader using it. In the current Wiring version there is the burn bootloader option that by means of other hardware allows you to install a new bootloader in your old Wiring hardware.

In the menu Help->Examples you'll find the WiringISP sketch you have to load in the board you are going to use as programmer, then hook up the old Wiring board to the programmer board and select the proper burn bootloader option in the tools->Burn Bootloader menu.

hi, which Wiring version are you using and which hardware? here is the reference for the library http://wiring.org.co/reference/libraries/NMEA/index.html and here are the examples: http://wiring.org.co/learning/libraries/basicpositioning.html
